Hello there my friend!
I hope you had a wonderful wonderful Memorial Day Weekend.
You know, I am currently going through some stuff, I am always going through stuff, and I think that everyone else is going through some stuff as well. What I mean by stuff is struggles. The reason I didn't use the word 'struggles' is because what we are going through is just 'life'. There is stuff, or struggles, in life. THAT'S LIFE!
The other day, my best friend told me that he thinks I pretend that everything is okay when it really is not. My reply was that I don't pretend because everything is okay. Sure, I worry about things and some pretty heavy stuff happens sometimes but I can still love life. I can still love the moment I am in and enjoy the person that I am with.
Whatever we are going through is part of life whether it is good times, to us, or bad times, and it is not happening all the time and in this moment really. It is only happening all the time and in this moment in our minds, and it protrudes into our moments that can be filled with joy.
No matter what is happening to you, a death of a loved one, severe injury or illness, relationship difficulties, financial hardship, or problems at work, you can still enjoy life by not allowing these things to invade your moments of joy.
The best thing that anyone of us can do is learn to relax and release our worry during moments that can and should be joyful, like right now. In this moment, right now, we can learn to relax, release our worry, and enjoy the person we are with and enjoy the moment we are in.
I believe in enjoying life, and I do, you can too by knowing that life WILL give us challenges and the goal is to get better and better at handling them.
If you need a solution on how to relax you can find one in the FREE audio on my home page here, and if you need a solution on how to release your worry you can find one here.
These audios, when listened to regularly, will help you create habits that will allow you to enjoy the moments you are in by being relaxed and destressing yourself.
I am so grateful for you!!!
Have a wonderful week!
Until next week, don't forget to have fun and be playful!
Please email me if you have any questions, I would love to hear from you.
