HOW TO DESTRESS YOURSELF IN A MINUTE

HEYA!!!

How are you doing my friend??

I just want to share with you a way that you can Destress Yourself In A Minute.

First, find yourself sitting upright and relaxed.

Second, inhale slowly, filling your lungs to full capacity, like balloons.

Third, hold your inhalation for three seconds.

Fourth, exhale, imagining yourself releasing all of your tension as you breath out.

Do this three to six times.  Not too much though as you may get a bit dizzy.  Just make sure you are sitting, lol.

Finally, sit for a moment and see if you can feel your heart beat and as you feel your heart beat feel the knowing that you have the ability to be calm, in this moment, and that everything is fine.

When we do this exercise we relax and take our thoughts, which might be racing due to stress, out of our head and focus into our body.

This can be done at anytime and anywhere but, at first when you are just practicing, the most desirable place would be at home when alone.

Make this a regular practice and you will notice your ability to Destress Yourself immediately, anytime and anywhere.

This exercise is known as activating the relaxation response and it is a very beneficial tool to have in your repertoire.
