So how do you Destress Yourself?
When we evolve our mind to a place where we have faith in ourselves and in God we start to believe that our hopes and dreams can come true.
Once we start to believe that these hopes and dreams can come true we start moving towards them in our activities.
With faith and action we can see these things come to pass and they are a miracle because we didn't believe it could happen and it did.
So how does this Destress Yourself?
Well, when we are stressed it is because we have doubt, fear, and worry.
When we create our own miracles we have certainty, confidence, and hope.
When we create our own miracles we move forward in life and achieve the things we were worried we would never obtain.
The miracle is a dream or goal you would like to have come true and at this point in time you do not believe it could come true. Designing your life so that it will come true would be your miracle.
So, how do you create your dream life?
